Yes: I am assuming that you mean an organ donor such as to donate a kidney. Of course, that would be a very difficult decision so that I am sure no one would find it an easy decision to make.

Yes: Blood, sperm, eggs, bone marrow, organ or what? Many donors often have questions about the potential for pain, infection, issue(s) with recipient, etc.
