Unlikely: Regarding egg donors, fertility clinics in general do not "track" the whereabouts of their anonymous donor after the donor's have been discharged from the clinic. Regarding sperm donors, sperm banks similarly would, in general not keep such data. You must go with the health information provided to you at the time that the eggs and/or sper were obtained.

Yes: The clinic may have that information if they recruited the donor, otherwise if you used an agency, the agnecy may have the information.
