See your doctor: Headaches are a very common symptoms and vast majority of the people, with even bad headaches, do not have brain tumor. However, it would be prudent to see your doctor to ascertain a cause and address the causative issue of the headaches. Analgesic overuse is one of the causes.

Doubt a tumor: Headaches at your age are only very rarely due to the increased intracranial pressure due to tumor, and more likely might be migraine, a dental disorder, or tension cephalgia. Most headaches can be medically controlled and the pattern disrupted, but you sound like a sufferer of chronic daily headaches, which likely are secondary to your tylenol (acetaminophen) and nsaid's. You now need assistance.
