Evaluation rec: What might cause these symptoms will be easier to define with more information, such as whether this is sudden, progressive or slowly progressive or intermittent. There are a couple serious explanations including something called a compartment syndrome that justifies an examination with a doctor, sooner rather than later. A comprehensive history and exam should sort this out.
