Blister: Pop it, drain it and use silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) cream with a dry bandage over it. It should heal fine after without scarring. And lastly, don't do that again.

Sounds : Like you have a second degree burn. If it is not too painful, leave it alone until the skin underneath can heal. If it gets red or painful, evacuate the fluid. If that doesn't do it, see a doctor. You probably need a tetanus booster anyway.
