I have a large blister on my heel. i need to walk for my physical and mental health. what could i do to make it more comfortable for walking? i notice i compensate and lean on my toes more often now and its causing inflammation toward my big toe?

Using a properly sized, cushioned shoe may help reduce discomfort, But ultimately a temporary reduction in walking may be needed to allow for healing. Consider alternative forms of exercise in the interim (I.e. cycling)
