Probably: Withdrawing from benzos too rapidly can lead to a seizure & flashing lights can precipitate a seizure so there is some risk.

Benzos withdrawal: Flickering lights or sudden stimulation can possibly trigger seizures, if u r predisposed or coming off of the benzo rapidly.
