Depends on dose: Use the lowest dose possible. Limit Ibuprofen to 600 mg three times a day in women and 800 mg three times a day in men or monitor kidney function as Ibuprofen can inhibit prostaglandin e2 and reduce renal blood flow. Withdrawal should be done under medical supervision (reduce risk of seizures) there is also increased risk of GI bleeding in people who are undergoing a stressfull experience.
