No : Cranberry has citric acid in it but it is a berry found on a low lying shrub. It also has antioxidants and vitamin c. It is not considered a citric fruit though.

No. Yes. Why?: Cranberries are not a citrus fruit but it is very hard to find any food that does not contain citric acid, and cranberries contain plenty. I would not base health decisions on a website like the one that cited, but on your physician's guidance, especially if allergies are a nuisance as you describe. You'll go crazy if you pay too much attention to these folks -- eat wisely as you wish.

Yes: Cranberry juice does contain citric acid. The various juices, cocktails, etc. Have very different levels of everything so read the labels carefully. Hope this helps.
