Advice: I don't know your situation fully. Simple advice is to have sex no less than 3 times/week. Elevate your pelvis to retain sperm by tucking a small pillow under it. Avoid douching after intercourse, any vaginal/penile deodorants. Also, try not to have sex multiple times a day or every day, since more concentrated sperm has a higher chance to make you fertile. Calculate your ovulation date.

Consider doctor: Depending on what your age is, if you have been trying to conceive for more than a year, then you should probably look at consulting with a fertility specialist to see if there is a medical problem. If you are over 35 years of age, then you should be seeking expert advice after 6 months of non-pregnancy.
