How long: Has it been? Do you have pcos? Have u been gaining weight? Are u ovulating? If pcos metformin can be very helpful. With pcos the risk of depression is doubled. This can add to weight gain, making the issue pcos worse. Metformin with buproprion can be a good combo for wt loss, mood and pcos if that is the case. Hard to answer without a time frame but do not lose hope.
