What did you eat?: Good bowel habits require sufficient roughage from veggies, fruits, whole grains, and plenty of fluids. I don't know what you ate in pounding the calories today. The healthiest pattern for your body would be a consistent one, rather than famine and feast. Anorexia interferes with this, with its over-focus on weight. Hoping you discuss this with your doctors & therapists.

I don't know: What "pounding" calories means, but make sure you take in sufficient fluid and fiber to allow for normal bowel function. Steady, consistent intake is better than binges.
