Can you actually burn fat, or just shrink the fat cells you have?

Yes: When fat is burned the fat cells get smaller, along with your waist line and weight.

Burning Fat: You can actually burn fat. Fat cells have triglycerides (fat storage molecules). These are burned through moderate exercise (which means a heart rate of about 130 bpm). The more you burn at this moderate level the more the excess fat storage begins to disappear.
