New Health Info: We all grew up worrying about fat. When in reality we should be worrying more about sugar. Especially if one is talking about cholesterol and cardiac risks. It is the sugar in things that lead to elevated risk from fats. Milk is very high in sugar content. Anyone who has a weight problem should consider changing to non-sweetened almond milk (high in protein and low in sugar) or cutting milk out.
