Bright red flecks?: Bright red flecks in stool could be remnants of undigested food (red bell peppers? Other spices?) , or blood. If there is anything like this in your bowel movements, please allow your physician to check things out. S/he can easily check the stool for blood, and check you for hemorrhoids or other, etc. Be well, .
