Sounds like biopsy: Results. Given what is written in the question, whatever was biopsied had no cancer or lesion within the epithelium (surface layer - skin and lining of alimentary (GI) tract).

Not cancer: This are the typical words used in a pathology report that mean there is no cancer in the biopsy.
