Unlikely: I have never heard that complaint from any of my fibro patients. I guess anything is possible but i believe this issue is unlikely to be secondary to fm.

Perhaps: Fibromyalgia is a disorder of heightened sensory perception. Besides pain, fibromyalgia patients are also sensitive to temperature, bright lights, loud sounds, and certain smells.
