Probably not: It would be extremely unusual to have fibromyalgia restricted to the legs only. I would encourage you to be seen and usually a detailed exam and appropriate studies can determine the cause.

No...: The hallmark of fibromyalgia is that it is widespread with regard to body pain. The cause is unknown, but is thought to involve an error in the brain's perception of pain. Pain perception specifically to the legs would make me think of Restless Leg Syndrome (generally described as discomfort), referred pain from the lower back/spine, circulation issues, or muscle pain from statin.
