B sure U R Cing Orth: The more surface area involved will hasten healing, and many r rx'd with a sling especially if in many fragments, and r hard 2 fix. If the ac and sc joints r good it may be the best way to handle it . If there are a few larger fragments it may be able to fixed by an experienced in clavicle.
