Meaningless?: I'm sorry you feel your future is meaningless. Dr. Killian has provided you some helpful info, which gives you many years in which to create meaning in your life. All lives have meaning, but not everyone's eyes are open to their own possibilities. How would you like to contribute to others in your life? What experiences would you like to have? You're alive now, and that is a gift. Be well.

Man up! Yes!: The other physicians here have given you great advice. You must find meaning. You're young, HIV will almost certainly be inconvenient but won't kill you, you can still be loved, can love responsibly, and probably find buddies. There are old people in your community who'd give anything simply to visit with you. And i bet there's somebody who'd really like to be your buddy. Be strong. Best wishes.
