I've had some cold sore appear right under my belly button and they are letting out liquid and blood, what can be the cause of this?

Medical Terminology: I guess I do not understand what you mean by cold sore. Cold sores are blisters that do not have pus or blood in them in general. This description you gave sounds like a pimple or abscess. These, if persistent, may need to be treated with antibiotics.
