Urination: It can be a sign of a urinary tract infection. However it can also be due to irritation of the urinary tube (urethra) due to soaps, chemicals, etc... The easiest test is a urinalysis with culture at a doctors office or er.

Very possibly: Painful urination can be caused by many things, some of which can be treated easily, but most of which require thorough evaluation by a qualified physician. Simple things such as a routine infection are most common, but many other medial or surgical causes exist & require different therapies or treatments.
