Why am i having a high grade fever of 101f every single day the week before my period and during my 3 day period its 103f -104f im in severe pain?

I do not know: A fever that lasts that long and especially one that gets up to 1-3-104 needs to be evaluated asap, as it may be an infection that needs emergent treatment ! good luck.
