Unusual to: Have gas pains in chest, because your GI tract (except esophagus) should be in abdomen. It could be pain coming from heart, such as angina, or from lung such as pulmonary embolus, so you should see your doctor. These conditions are potentially serious, so get to a doctor for any chest pains.
