ACL: Assuming your surgeon positioned your graft properly...Then yes, you will have a less than perfect outcome if you do not get full motion (especially extension). Keep working hard with pt!

Not typically..: I like to have my patients bending their knee to 90 degrees by about 4-weeks or sooner in a simple acl reconstruction. You typically will never have as much "bend" on the surgical leg compared to the other one.
