Should i wear a brace if i'm 10 months post operation from acl surgery for football?

Possibly: If you are 10 months out from the surgery, you probably do not need to wear a brace. Some surgeons do recommend wearing a brace for up to one year following your surgery. It is best to check with your operating surgeon to see if what he recommends.
