If you wake up with a uti and only have ural sachets (drink for uti's) and not antibiotics, can this prevent it from getting any worse?

URAL : Ural is a cranberry extract that may decrease the incidence of UTI (according to the manufacturer). It is not a treatment for uti. Recent studies show that cranberry has not shown to decrease urinary tract infections.
