Better to wait: Probably best to do nothing, but wait and see if yeast develops and treat it then. It may not happen; antibiotics don't always cause yeast, and it's more likely with some antibiotics than others. If you have had repeated yeast infections with similar antibiotics as this one, maybe preventive "azole" treatment (vaginal cream or fluconazole orally). Check w/ doc treating your UTI.
