Not really cancer: This could be many things such as a skin tag, keloid, or a lipoma. Good to have it checked out by your doctor, but not a clear sign of cancer.

PLEASE get seen!!!: Google doesn't diagnose, but there's a physician in your area who's spent years learning to tell what needs to be biopsied. Get with him/her. I suspect they are xanthomas or yellow dermatofibromas. But the truth is that you owe it to whoever loves you not to dawdle for 12 months self-diagnosing on google. Photos is a low-grade cancer, should be an easy cure. Get seen.
