I'm not sure if i have toe fngal infection or not as i've been applyin canestan twice daily for over a year bit still have some white spots on toe?

See physician: It needs to be determined for sure that this is a fungus as opposed to something else: ie, trauma, psoriasis or other condition. Affected portion of nail may need to be tested to help make diagnosis. If it is a fungus, there are different typed of topical and oral medication. Consult with podiatrist.
