We did home insemination, now periods 2 days late & no pregncy symptoms yet.if there was any air bubbles in the syringe can it block fallopian tube?

Probably not, unless: Alot of air. Most home pregnancy tests are quite accurate once you have missed your period. Consider using one to check.

Unlikely : A possible complication from home insemination is a pelvic infection that can cause blockage of the fallopian tubes but not " air bubble". Your period is late most likely because you ovulated a little later then you think or because you are pregnant but the level of HCG ( hormone of pregnancy) is low. I would recommend taking a home pregnancy test again in 2 days.
