Is it ok to do a at home insemination with a 3cc syringe or would it be to small or short to get the job done?

Sure: It's not the size of the syringe that matters. Are you just skipping sex and putting sperm in vagina? If so then 3cc is fine. When doctors perform IUI they use an angio catheter to put sperm in uterus, which i will assume you aren't doing at home. But 3cc is fine.
