Unlikely: Insemination done at a reproductive endocrinologist's office will entail proper preparation and sterilization that will only enhance your chances for a successful outcome. Although there are patients who try this at home, sperm banks are expensive and i would recommend that if you're going to do it, do it in a way that will optimize your chances.
