Procardia/MAOi's: Both can have additive effects on lowering blood pressure, leading to dizziness, headaches, lightheadedness & fainting. This mostly happens at start of tx or when dose increased.

MAOI's & nifedipine: This is a controversial issue, since Nifedipine can drastically lower bp. However, some psychiatrists might provide their maoi-taking patients with such medications (captopril is another) to use emergently if having signs of hypertensive crisis (occiptal ha, neck stiffness, vomiting, etc). All these symptoms would mandate emergency medical attention, because they can signify other problems too.
