Less of everything!: Seriously, taking in less calories than you burn if the quickest way to lose excess fat that is often stored around your belly. Also, get moving. Core strengthening exercises such as planks, straddles, pull downs, rowing, leg lifts, etc... Are helpful. There is no magic bullet, sorry!
