Not from cyst: Ovarian cysts come and go and some do rupture. Any associated bleeding never makes it into the vagina, but settles out within the abdomen.If she has vaginal bleeding and its character is that of menstrual flow, that is a likely source.If she is hurting, an evaluation is a good idea.Backing off on the sex is wise until you sort this out.
