I had bills palsy disorder at my right eye did mri just fine today my eye start twitching too much , any explanation for this?

Bells palsy: Paralyzed nerve can sometimes show some fasciculations and hence the tremor. Sometimes tearing in eye also happens. Usually other work up for Bell's palsy is to rule out infectious etiology. Has it been done?.
