He needs to see a: Urologist for a comprehensive check up to include urine test, sonogram of bladder and kidney, prostate exam, possible cystoscopy & get checked for inflammation, infection, tumor of bladder, prostate, testes, kidneys etc. Hopefully he feels better soon!
