Kidney Stone/infecti: 27 y/o male finds blood clot mixed in urine, painful and constant urge to urinate. .. Feels Feverish. One or more passing Kidney Stone could be responsible for the signs & symptoms. With fever one could also be having urinary tract Infection. One will need management/ treatment by a doctor. Seeing a Doctor is best at this point.
