I passed urine this morning ong which was cull of blood and needle pin clots in it. i passed urine several times after and still blood. it seems clear. ow. it when i wipe still blood.what could it be please?

There are several possibilities: infection, kidney or bladder stone, and more. This needs medical attention; see a doctor soon.

To save time, I favor your consulting a urologist as this amount of urinary bleeding is much more than is seen in hemorrhagic cystitis,a rather simple bladder infection. I would be concerned about a bladder tumor. A cystoscopic examination if your bladder will more than likely be advised.
