Sudden onset severe balance problem. bent forward and fell down due to severe balance issue. nausea no vomit. no tinnitus. 24 hrs later improved.

See your doctor.: Although you could have suffered an acute viral labyrinthritis, the time course seems far too short for that problem. A transient ischemic attack affecting the brain stem circulation could do this, and even a small stroke could have occurred. Suggest obtaining MRI imaging and ct angio of large brain blood vessels. Need to obviate future risk factors.

Likely vertigo,: Inner ear fullness/ inflammation, possible drop in blood pressure from bending etc. See your dr to be sure the heart & carotid arteries are ok. Best wishes!
