Any over-the-counter help for someone with smoking?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: You can buy nicotine replacement patchs, gum and lozenges over the counter. There are self help books and websites and smart phone apps all designed to help you concentrate on things other than smoking. Studies have shown that nicotine replacement without behavioral modifications are not very effective. Go talk to your doctor about this. They should be able to assist you in making a plan.
