Number of causes: There are manu causes for a metallic taste. You may have gums disease, an infection, vitamin deficiency, some medication cause this, some diseases cause this. Start by seeing a dentist and find out if this is an oral problem.

Seek an evaluation: There are a number of common reasons for this. It may be dental or medical in origin. Unfortunately, we can't diagnose your symptoms over the internet. Wouldn't that be nice? Merely giving you a list of possibilities will be of no help. Start my seeing a dentist who may have to refer you to a physician.
