Sores on scars: There are a variety of possible causes but it may be delayed healing, poor healing, or an infection. You should be seen by your physician/surgeon for a scar/wound assessment to determine the best treatment depending on the problem/cause. Could potentially be as simple as changing wound care, laser treatment, or antibiotics depending on the problem.
