Apple Cider Vinegar: One folk remedy for sore throats is to gargle with a mix of 1 - 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar in 1 glass of water up to once an hour. It is imperative that you swish water in your mouth after gargling – otherwise the vinegar will erode the enamel of your teeth. I can not vouch for how well this does or does not work. Just passing an old remedy along.
