Help please! is exercising 3/4 times a week enough or should i try to do it more often?

It depends: What are your goals? For general fitness, 30 minutes, 3 times a week is sufficient for many. For weight loss, you may benefit from longer and more frequent periods of exercise to burn more calories (in conjunction with healthy eating). If attempting to gain strength, then it depends on what muscle groups you are targeting and how long it takes you to perform these exercises.
