Got to e ER: Anaphylaxis is usually a systemic problem but any severe allergic reaction should receive immediate medical attention.

Not sure that: You've got these terms right. Anaphylaxis is a major allergic reaction. It doesn't usually look anything like a melanoma, which is a pigmented skin cancer (most times). See your family doctor for an evaluation, and they can decide if you need a referral to a specialist.
