Change your habits: It's difficult to find motivation. Are you eating out of habit? Hunger? Boredom? Thirst? Many times people eat when they don't really need the food. It might help to find out why you are overeating (if you are) and start changing that habit. Finding an exercise you enjoy is also key to sticking with it. Maybe listening to music will help you enjoy a workout, or something like rowing or biking.
