THERAPY: I assume that the bullying happened years ago but was enough to change your outlook on yourself, other people and maybe the world. If youre not over it, it may take psychotherapy and medication to resolve. Best to find a psychiatrist who has experience with ptsd (in case thats what it is). Seems whatever you came up with hasn't worked. Alone is not good. Let someone help.
