A member asked:

Should i clean wound first or apply pressure first?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends on wound: If there is significant bleeding, pressure first to stop the bleeding. If it is mostly oozing, cleaning the wound with very cool water or saline can be helpful to get bleeding to stop.
